Shoes Anyone
Ok so we were in Charleston this weekend. On Saturday my mother-in-law decides to take the boys to Chuck E Cheese. YAAAAAAAAAAY!!! and I didn't even have to go. I decided I would head to the outlets, what fun, for a little shopping and hubby would go with his cousin. Low and behold I get a phone call while at the outlets from my husband telling me to buy LC, the youngest boy, some shoes. I wonder and ultimately ask why. To my surprise I was told that his shoes were STOLEN at Chuck E Cheese. Say it isn't so not the place "where a thief kid can be a kid". Needless to say I was shocked that my son now had to leave and go without shoes until I picked him up from grandma. All the staff told my MIL was sorry. Well at least I had the funds to purchase my son shoes so for that I am thankful to the Lord.

I have heard of Chuck E Cheese but do not know what it is ,is it like Mcdonalds?
ReplyDeletePerhaps the person who stole your son's shoes needed them more ,I hope you had fun shopping anyway!
I am following your blog now.
~Sharon~
Sharon Chuck E Cheese is a pizza place for kids that has games and all sorts of stuff for them. It is always packed and noisy and the kids love spending hours there. The person who stole the shoes hopefully did need them but stealing them wasn't right but I did have fun shopping and got a great deal on my son's new shoes. Thanks for following.
ReplyDeleteChandra that is terrible! You do have the right attitude though. Being thankful to God for what you do have and maybe it will help if you imagine whomever stole them really needed shoes for thier kids. So sorry to hear about that. Outlet shopping is the best! Hope you had a good day despite the shoe incident!
ReplyDelete@ TDC that's exactly what I keep telling myself and am very thankful that I was able to buy new shoes at that time.
ReplyDeleteyou lucky girl you did not have to make that visit to chucky cheese, I despise that place LOL! Thanks for popping over...I love when you visit, and look forward to seeing you participate in that newbie party on January 31st.
